Aqua Aerobics
A fun and low-impact way to stay active, our aqua aerobics sessions are suitable for all abilities. Exercising in water reduces strain on joints while still providing an effective full-body workout, helping to improve strength, flexibility and overall wellbeing.
Sessions take place every Monday at 6pm, led by experienced instructors in a friendly and supportive environment.
